Cosy and typical French furnished apartment for 2 people in southern France at Arles (Camargue). The apartment is situated on a domaine from the 17th century that previously was full of orchards, but now only the owner cares about its guests. Besides this apartment, there are 5 other apartments.
The place is a very good starting point for all sorts of activities and excursions. Visit for example van Gogh's "yellow cafe" in Arles on Place du Forum when you're shopping at the market which takes place every Wednesday and Saturday. Nimes, Avignon and Orange are great places for historical sightseeing, and not that far away you will find a riding school (2 km) very common in the Camargue. Remember to go cycling. It is a fantastic holiday exercise, and the area is not that hilly. The closest beach is 35 km (La Grande Motte).
This apartment of70 m2 has 1 bedroom, a bathroom, a combined living dinig room and an open and well-equipped kitchen. The decor offers total comfort, and furnishings are cozy and in a typical French-Rustikal style. There is air conditioning, washing machine and all necessary kitchen appliances and tools.
The terrace is facing the big garden with big old plane trees, oleander and lavender. On the other side of the garden there is the enclosed pool area, surrounded by a tall hedge and gate. The pool area of approx. 50 m2 is equipped with a covered terrace where you can enjoy the shade and in summer it can be used as an outdoor kitchen. There is a grill and a fridge. There are also an outdoor shower and a toilet.
The place is incredibly nice and peaceful, and the hosts always ensure guests' comfort.
Optional extras (to be paid on arrival):
You can require a final cleaning on the spot for € 50,- if you want to stay free for doing it yourself.
Pets are allowed, however, charged a separate deposit of € 100, - per animal.
On Sundays you can order breakfast, it costs € 6 per person

Bed linen and towels and kitchen linen is included in the rental price.
Bath towels and TV use, must be requested upon arrival.
Cots and high chair free but on request.
Safety deposit: There's no deposit charge, but there will be taken a copy of your credit card. This copy will be destroyed on departure when there's nothing extra to be charged.
