This apartment is on the ground floor on the south side of the house.
The main difference between this apartment and the other is that it has no architectural barriers and the bathroom is equipped for the disabled. During winter months the apartment is heated.
The entrance to the apartment is via the garden's east side. In front of the entrance is a porch with table and chairs for outdoor meals, an outdoor shower and a barbecue. The apartment has parking lot.
When you enter, the kitchen is to the left. It is equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Opposite the kitchen is a dining table and chairs. The living room is furnished with a sofabed for two people (either as a double bed or two single beds) and satellite TV. The living room has access to the bedroom which is furnished with a double bed, a baby cot and a single bed (fee). Beside the bedroom is the bathroom with shower.
The living room has a door to the next apartment, which means that the two apartments can be rented together (Request)
Beach
The owner offers his guests that one can use his sand dunes, located north of Marina di Castagneto. This is an area of 10,000 square meters along the coast and part of an enclosed botanical garden with plants and flowers.
Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, final cleaning, electricity and water are included. In the rental price.
