website is the property of I-Rent Developments SL. Holiday-Rent.info is
governed by the General Terms and Conditions of I-Rent Developments SL .
Supplementary conditions may apply in addition to these General Terms and Conditions
if that is explicitly indicated.
Lease
I-Rent Developments SL, hereafter referred to as ‘Holiday-Rent.info’,
is not a contractual party with respect to the leasing and letting of Holiday
Homes, Holiday Villas and Holiday Apartments or the offer of Holiday Homes,
Holiday Villas and Holiday Apartments to be leased and let. Holiday-Rent.info
is merely a website that presents the offers of third parties and facilitates
its users’ ability to find offers by means of a search engine.
An agreement to lease Holiday Homes, Holiday Villas and Holiday Apartments through
Holiday-Rent.info is entered into directly with the representative of the Holiday
Homes, Holiday Villas and Holiday Apartments in question.
- The representatives of the Holiday Homes, Holiday Villas and/or Holiday
Apartments are independent organisations that arrange for the administrative
handling of the booking on behalf of the landlord and receive the payments.
That can be a tour operator, a booking agent or occasionally the owner of the
Holiday Home, Holiday Villa and/or Holiday Apartment itself. They will be referred
to hereafter as the ‘Landlord’.
- Holiday-Rent.info is not the Landlord.
- When effecting a booking or option, the name of the Landlord is always
indicated on the page where the Holiday Homes, Holiday Villas and/or Holiday
Apartments are described and/or offered.
- During the booking process Holiday-Rent.info will clearly indicate
with which Landlord the tenant concludes the lease for the Holiday Homes, Holiday
Villas and/or Holiday Apartments in question.
- Holiday-Rent.info kindly requests you to contact the Landlord directly
with respect to any questions about a booking, the booking process and the booking
conditions or questions about the Holiday Homes, Holiday Villas and/or Holiday
Apartments themselves.
- The booking is governed by the Landlord’s General Terms and Conditions.
- Holiday-Rent.info kindly requests you to contact the Landlord directly
if you wish to make a change to or cancel an existing booking.
- If you have caused any damage during your stay in a Holiday Home, Holiday
Villa or Holiday Apartment, or if you have any complaints about the use of the
Holiday Homes, Holiday Villas and/or Holiday Apartments, you should directly
contact the Landlord with which you booked the Holiday Homes, Holiday Villas
and/or Holiday Apartments.
No additional fees
Unlike other intermediaries, Holiday-Rent.info does not charge a fee for the
intermediation in searching for/finding or reserving Holiday Homes, Holiday
Villas and/or Holiday Apartments, nor does it receive any commission. Thus,
there are no additional costs for you as the tenant, other than those indicated
in the lease with the Landlord.
Holiday-Rent.info receives a fixed amount from the Landlord for each booking
to cover administrative expenses. As a result, the total rental for the Holiday
Homes, Holiday Villas and/or Holiday Apartments is as low as possible for you,
the tenant.
Reliable
Holiday-Rent.info acts as an intermediary only in respect of the letting of
Holiday Homes, Holiday Villas and/or Holiday Apartments from reliable representatives
of Holiday Homes, Holiday Villas and/or Holiday Apartments.
Due care in respect of website; limitation of liability
Holiday-Rent.info and the companies affiliated with it have exercised all due
care in compiling this website in order to ensure that the information it contains
is reliable and up to date. However, even if due care is exercised it is not
always possible to prevent inaccuracies and incomplete information. Holiday-Rent.info
is not liable for any errors or incomplete information. Of course we will correct
an error or incomplete information as soon as we become aware of it.

This website contains information to help you in choosing Holiday Homes, Holiday
Villas and/or Holiday Apartments. The information is intended to be advisory

The General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes that
arise between Holiday-Rent.info, a user/visitor and third parties will be submitted
to the competent court in Denia, Spain, for adjudication.
